My friend @jennrivet_ showed us how to cook bear on the @traegergrills and made us a delicious dinner at bear camp! Ingredients for 48 hour marinade for “Jenn’s Smoked Bear Ham.” All amounts are approximate and up to your taste and size of the ham. • Enough Pineapple Juice & water (3:1 or so) to cover the ham • 1/2 C vinegar • 2-3 Jalapeños, sliced • 4 T Minced Garlic • 2 T whole peppercorns • 1 Cup Brown sugar • Meat Church Holy Voodoo to taste Make sure you cook bear to at least 165° to kill any trichinella. I’m very excited to be bringing Bear meat back to Texas to put this on our YouTube channel coming soon!
